A hair transplant was performed on Dave’s crown to achieve the highest possible hair density. It is often claimed that the crown area can’t be properly covered. The result shows that this is a thing of the past with the DHI technique. On the photo before the hair transplant it’s clear that Dave still had a fair amount of hair in the treatment area, on and around the crown. To prevent existing hair follicles from being damaged by a hair transplant, it is essential to implant very carefully. Dave therefore chose the DHI method. With this technique the hair follicles (grafts) are placed directly into the scalp, without any incisions being made in the scalp. This prevents potential damage to the existing hair follicles. The result is already nicely visible after six months.
